Why should I join?
We think the benefits of SharedListing speak for themselves: Connect More, Sell More and Earn More. We’ve also set up SharedListing so that at all times you remain in control – you decide who you share your listings with and how much commission you’re prepared to share.
We’ve made the process easy by incorporating chat functionality into the SharedListing platform and giving you the ability to enter into conjunction agreements electronically (including from your phone!), making sure to specify the potential buyer introduced.
Joining SharedListing and gaining access to the multitude of buyers represented by our agent community is also a powerful business development tool to market to vendors to help secure new listings.
How do I join?
Just download the SharedListing app and create an account. If you have any problems contact us at email@example.com.
There’s no cost to join at the moment.
How do I share properties?
Go to “Home” screen in the SharedListing app and hit the “+” button. From there it’s a simple and self-explanatory process which should take you no more than 5 minutes. As part of the listing process you will be prompted to set the amount of commission you’re prepared to share and whether you want to share the listing publicly or with a private group. It will become second nature to you in no time.
Make sure you select the right channel – “Residential” or “Commercial” – to share your listing with the right section of the agent community.

How many listings can I share?
There is no limit on the number of listings you can share.

How much does SharedListing cost?
There is currently no cost to use SharedListing. If this changes we’ll tell you and you can decide if you want to keep using it.
Can I share documents and photos on SharedListing?
As an agent-to-agent collaboration platform, SharedListing allows you to chat, send documents and photos and even enter into conjunction agreements with other agents electronically.
What if I can’t remember my login details?
Use the “Forgot password” option on the login screen of the SharedListing app. If that doesn’t work please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
